a note on Eclipse Season 5.18.22

There is a pulling that happens,
when things begin to expand in your life.

There is a voice asking,
“Is it safe to let go?”

While safety and transformation
rarely hold the same space,

You can find your own calmness
in the midst of the chaos.

In fact,
it’s one of the biggest things you can do…
Ride the emotional wave of being a human,
always to remember that you, too, are the ocean.

Letting go is sometimes messy,
but that is why these eclipses happen in pairs over the course of two years…

Time is on your side.

Where the hero of your story goes during its epic quest is yet to be discovered.
And that is how it should be.

Your only job now is to listen.
To rest.
And to tell the voice in your head,
that “Yes,
Yes change is always coming.”

And so if not for that reason alone,
Maybe change and transformation
are really the safest place to reside.
